You will need to be able to provide a stable healthy environment for your puppy.  They are never to be chained for extended periods of time outdoors.  We prefer you have a fenced yard for them, and /or be able to provide them with long walks and exercise.  Shepherds are active, and intelligent dogs, that require attention, love, exercise and discipline. Please think wisely before deciding to add a large breed dog to your lives. We also, highly recommend a lot of socialization and prefer that all puppy owners enroll their puppy in at least one obedience class.  Most find it a lot of fun and enroll in advanced  classes to further their dogs obedience skills. A well trained dog is always a pleasure to be around. If at any time you feel the need for assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to help you.  If I can’t, I will find someone who can.  I enjoy hearing and staying in contact with my puppy clients and love getting pictures, so I know how they are maturing.  It’s important for me to also know this as to how it pertains to my breeding program and where I can improve on things in the future.

Temperament is so very important to us and good socialization is highly stressed and the key to great temperament.

Our puppies are bred for good health, excellent temperament, beauty and intelligence, but good temperament has to be nurtured as they mature to get this desired result. We want our puppies to become valuable, trusted and loving family members.
